In hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be in sight.

Mimosas sparkled with a holiday twist,
Their bubbly gold bubbles a seasonal bliss.

And martinis with cranberries danced in the glass,
Their ruby-red shimmer a festive contrast.

The ice cubes were clinking, the spirits were high,
As the drinks were enjoyed with a cheerful sigh.
